Oral hygiene

The health of the oral cavity is very important. Professional hygiene is a mandatory procedure before dental treatment begins. Dental plaque is a source of dangerous and aggressive infection. Dental treatment must be carried out in a clean oral cavity to avoid the spread and appearance of infection.

Recommendations after oral hygiene:

• A 3-day “white” diet.
• Do not eat or drink for 1–2 hours after the procedure.
• It is recommended not to smoke for 12 hours after the procedure.
• Rinse the oral cavity with antiseptics (as recommended by the specialist) for 3 days, after eating.
